About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for an Agreement Booking Coordinator to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate and growing team. Requirements

2+ Years of Administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite/ Management of computer-based information
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Exceptional organization and tracking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

Review all incoming sales agreements from emails
Verify accuracy of homeowner information and update as needed
Follow established process of uploading sales documents to book new job from opportunity
Create booked job from opportunity and upload all necessary docs
Verify payment type and update finance information as needed
Place booked jobs 'On Hold' as needed per the On Hold structure and update as needed
Utilize task feature to communicate internally
Collaborate w Finance Specialist to update finance information as needed
Accept credit card payments and post
Update order with any relevant notes
Audit job pricing and update as needed
Accept and post deposit payments
Accept credit card payments from incoming calls and add to tracker
Collaborate with installation on any price checks and update pricing in rForce as needed
Update finance sheet accordingly
Other duties as needed
