Aging Care Associate/Homemaker
About The Position
Family Pathways Aging Services is hiring a part-time Aging Care Associate/Homemaker to provide services in clients' homes, including Isanti and Chisago counties. This role offers a pay rate of $16.00/hour with mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, and no weekends. Candidates must be able to work between 15-20 hours/week, with potential for full-time in the future. Reliable transportation and proximity to client service areas are required. Professional or personal experience with older adults is preferred. The position requires self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping such as sweeping and mopping floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting and vacuuming
- Straightening up the house or apartment
- Changing bed linens
- Laundry
- Menu planning and meal prep
- Help with decluttering and organizing
- Visiting with clients during services
