Essential Responsibilities: Lead Agile team operations, including overseeing sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team velocity and meet sprint goals and serve as the Scrum Master for multiple development teams. Specific job duties include the following: Oversee Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos/retrospectives) for mobile payments solution team to ensure seamless collaboration among developers, QA, and product stakeholders; Collaborate with product owners in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution of business goals; Coordinate interaction and appropriate communication between scrum teams, architecture and UX; Ensure adherence to agile practice through scrum activities for scrum teams; Create and contribute to agile communities (cohorts, communities of practice, etc.) to support continuous learning and foster a lean-agile mindset; Collect and present metrics in various formats for different audiences; Establish Metrics and KPIs by Defining clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and foster transparency by sharing results with stakeholders; Enhance Quality Assurance by implementing practices that prioritize quality in deliverables, ensuring that teams incorporate automated testing and continuous integration; Manage application launches, including coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet deadlines and ensure quality delivery; Ensure successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives; Ensure proper transparency and visibility into dependencies and risks; and Optimize the delivery of agile methodologies/Framework including SAFe, Scrum, XP across teams to foster a culture of agility and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Uses the following tools and technologies: JIRA, Test Trail, Confluence, Mural, Jenkins, Service Now, Fortify, BlackDuck, Azure DevOps, Miro, Zephyr, Target Process, Visio, Draw.io, Gitlab, Trello, Postman, Scaled Agile, Bitbucket, JIRA Align, SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile, Apple Store Connect, Apple Store, Google Console, SonarQube, Zephyr. Multiple positions available. Basic Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Economics and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in an agile or process improvement occupation. Required Skills/Experience: Must also have 60 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Using Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, JIRA, and Confluence. 2) Implementing software development improvements within Scrum teams using Trello, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA Align, Target Process, Azure DevOps, Miro, Service Now, and Confluence. 3) Leading release management activities and testing and validation processes using JIRA, Test Trail, Postman, SonarQube, Fortify, BlackDuck, and Zephyr. Must also have 24 months of experience managing application launches using Apple Store Connect, Apple Store, and Google Console. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
