Requirements

Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
While your base location will be Poland, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.

Nice To Haves

SAP transformation experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
