Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans for web and backend applications
- Work on real client products from your first day instead of internal training environments
- Identify, document, and track bugs across applications and systems
- Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and integration testing)
- Collaborate with engineers through pair testing and AI-assisted QA workflows
- Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate test cases and edge scenarios, improve test coverage and regression efficiency, and debug and analyze failures faster
- Test AI-powered and agent-driven features, including LLM outputs (accuracy, consistency, edge cases), multi-step agent workflows and automations, and context-aware and intelligent user experiences
- Validate systems where outputs are non-deterministic and require probabilistic thinking
- Contribute to building scalable QA systems that combine traditional testing with AI-driven validation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
