About The Position

The Agile Scrum Lead will support multiple Data & Analytics product teams by facilitating Agile delivery practices and ensuring the effective execution of Scrum ceremonies. This role is responsible for enabling team cadence, driving continuous improvement, and promoting Agile best practices across 1–4 concurrent teams. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders, the Scrum Lead will manage and maintain Agile backlogs, ensure sprint readiness, coordinate dependencies, track delivery progress, and remove impediments to help teams achieve predictable and efficient outcomes. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile coaching within a fast-paced delivery environment. Experience supporting Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or modern data platform teams utilizing technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, or Azure Data Lake is highly desirable. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple teams while fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Proven experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Sprint Tracking)
• Experience managing and maintaining Agile Backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent Agile teams and manage competing priorities
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience ensuring sprint readiness, sprint commitments, and delivery predictability
• Experience tracking and managing risks, impediments, team capacity, and velocity
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
