About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking an Agile Professional Services Program Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services. This role involves executing the Agile Professional Services Program Manager scope, delivering the workstream with traceability to Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence. The Program Manager will baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar. They will coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs, maintain the integrated schedule, and manage the action register with accountable owners. Key responsibilities include controlling scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews, escalating variances with documented recovery actions. The role also involves conducting deliverable reviews, obtaining acceptance, completing operational handoff, and closing the work package with a reconciled evidence file. A critical aspect is tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. The Program Manager will review official solicitation materials and addenda, document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. They will also prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with various workstreams such as project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations is essential. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalating blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness are also key duties.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing Agile Professional Services Program Manager responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
