Enterprise - Agile Developer - Python, Java, AWS
About The Position
Erias Ventures is seeking an Agile Developer/Microservices Developer to modernize a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The Microservices Developer will be responsible for writing Java Spring Boot-based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies, using Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, and S3, and building REST services with Spring capable of filtering and selecting complex data objects. The role also involves implementing CI/CD principles using Maven, Gitlab, and GitOps, and agile development and delivery of software. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential as software development is a team-oriented discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker
- Development in Cloud Environment
- Experience with Rules Engines
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
- Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
