Agile Developer L4 - Microservices
About The Position
Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Developer specializing in Microservices. This role requires the ability to support an on-call rotation. The primary responsibilities include developing Java Spring Boot-based microservice applications using AWS native technologies, optimizing AWS services like Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, and S3 with Python, and building REST services with Spring for complex data object filtering. The role also involves implementing CI/CD principles using Maven, Gitlab, and GitOps, and practicing agile development and delivery. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders are essential.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Poly - with CI poly within last 7 years
- BS + 12 years experience
Nice To Haves
- Java, Spring boot or python
- Microservice architectures
- CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
- Database : NoSQL / MongoDB Query and Schema Design
- OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
- Test frameworks and automation to include Playwright and Cucumber
Responsibilities
- Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
- Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
- Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
- Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
- Agile development and delivery of software
- Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
