Agile Developer L3 - Software Integration Engineer
About The Position
Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Agile Developer to join their rapidly growing team! This role requires the ability to support an on-call rotation and perform systematic root cause analysis, breaking down problems into reproducible steps and communicating findings clearly. The ideal candidate will work effectively with the team, providing constructive feedback on MRs, and take end-to-end responsibility for integration components from design through production support. The position is hands-on software development focused on integration or API-centric products, with direct experience building and maintaining services in AWS (including production monitoring) such as Lambda, OSS, Cloud Watch, SQS/SNS, and DynamoDB.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Poly - with CI poly within last 7 years
- BS + 9 years experience
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex, cross language codebases (Java ↔ Python) under pressure (e.g., on call rotations)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with regular sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming
Responsibilities
- Support an on-call rotation
- Systematic root cause analysis; can break down a problem into reproducible steps and communicate findings clearly
- Works effectively with the team (internal and cross domain); comfortable reviewing MRs and providing constructive feedback
- Takes end to end responsibility for integration components—from design through production support
- Hands on software development focused on integration, or API centric products
- Direct experience building and maintaining services in AWS (including production monitoring) i.e. Lambda, OSS, Cloud Watch, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB
