About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking engineers who wish to grow their careers and want to become part of a technically strong and growth-oriented company focused on bringing innovative solutions to the difficult mission problems facing our customers. We are seeking an Agile Developer/ Seasoned Software Integration Engineer with proven experience building, debugging, and maintaining Java and Python based integration services on AWS. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated ability to debug complex, cross language codebases (Java Python) under pressure (e.g., on call rotations)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with regular sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming

Responsibilities

Systematic root cause analysis; can break down a problem into reproducible steps and communicate findings clearly.
Works effectively with the team (internal and cross domain); comfortable reviewing MRs and providing constructive feedback.
Takes end to end responsibility for integration components—from design through production support.
Hands on software development focused on integration, or API centric products.
Direct experience building and maintaining services in AWS (including production monitoring) i.e. Lambda, OSS, Cloud Watch, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB
