About The Position

Agile Delivery Lead. We are seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a multi-team Agile Release Train (ART) in a highly regulated environment. This role involves facilitating ART ceremonies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with federal timelines and milestones. The successful candidate will drive agile maturity, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to align backlogs with agency priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Active Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
Proven experience as an RTE or Delivery Lead in a government or highly regulated environment.
Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks and practical tailoring.
Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, and multi-team delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
US Citizen
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly

Nice To Haves

Experience modernizing legacy workflows and transforming delivery into value streams.
Knowledge of government funding structures, compliance guardrails, and reporting cycles.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, continuous delivery, or platform engineering concepts.
Experience coaching cross-functional teams toward higher agile maturity.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate delivery across a multi-team Agile Release Train (ART).
Facilitate tailored ART ceremonies aligned to federal timelines and milestones.
Optimize systems, workflows, and cross-team processes into efficient value streams.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and technical constraints across teams.
Partner with Product and client stakeholders to align backlogs with agency priorities.
Track delivery performance and report progress to executive leadership.
Provide hands-on coaching to improve agile maturity without disrupting operations.
