About The Position

ForgeOS is a growing SaaS company, and our software team is growing with it. The Agile Coordinator is the glue that keeps the team on track: this role facilitates ceremonies, manages delivery, clears obstacles, manages communication and follow-up from other teams, and keeps delivery metrics healthy and visible by championing product-development best practices in a healthy, transparent team culture. This is more than a coordination role — it's a seat on the software team with direct, daily visibility into how a SaaS product gets planned, built, and shipped. For someone looking to build a long-term career in software delivery, product management, or engineering leadership, this role is a genuine starting point: you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership, learn the tools and rhythms of a real product organization, and build the foundation to grow into more senior product, program, or delivery-leadership roles as ForgeOS scales. This full-time, fully-remote role is a great fit for highly organized, motivated and communicative individuals who have at least two years of experience participating in Agile project management on a software team. ForgeOS offers a great benefits package including: 4 weeks of PTO 10 paid company holidays an extra day of PTO to use on your birthday!
