Requirements

Bachelors Degree required with 10+ years experience OR
Master’s Degree with 8+ years experience
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and data
Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional team collaboration
Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Delivery: Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self‑organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Coach and Enable Agile Teams: Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability.
Drive Value with Product and Stakeholders: Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
Remove Impediments and Accelerate Decisions: Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influencing.
Enable Data‑Driven Improvement and Reporting: Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision‑making through relevant metrics and reporting.
