Job Description: This job is responsible for enabling teams, up to an entire Agile Release Train, to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, positive, and inherently proactive Agile Coach to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Delivery Enablement team. In this role, you will champion continuous improvement, drive flexible workflows, and ensure our team operates at peak efficiency. While your title reflects your ability to coach the team on adaptable, high-performance practices, you will also be a hands-on project manager. You will take ownership of our Jira environment, facilitate essential team check-ins, track action items to completion, and build presentations that keep stakeholders informed.
