This job is responsible for enabling teams, up to an entire Agile Release Train, to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include guiding and supporting the transformation to Lean Agile, educating leaders on the mindset, and empowering teams to become self managing to fulfill their cross functional potential and have an attitude of relentless improvement. Job expectations may include training and coaching teams and leading roles on agile and modern engineering practices. About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, positive, and inherently proactive Agile Coach to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Delivery Enablement team. In this role, you will champion continuous improvement, drive flexible workflows, and ensure our team operates at peak efficiency. While your title reflects your ability to coach the team on adaptable, high-performance practices, you will also be a hands-on project manager. You will take ownership of our Jira environment, facilitate essential team check-ins, track action items to completion, and build presentations that keep stakeholders informed. Your role will also include communicating at scale to the organization via multiple channels, enabling teams to learn best practices and tools for efficient delivery.
