About The Position

The client is seeking an enterprise/program-level Lean-Agile coach and strategic change agent. This role is not focused on Scrum Master duties related to ceremonies or meetings. The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience coaching and training teams in SAFe Agile enablement and transformation, with a strong preference for experience within the Healthcare Claims industry. An active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification is required. The role demands expert knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, Lean principles, value streams, Agile Release Trains, and experience launching and training global and platform teams. The coach will be responsible for training and coaching teams, leadership, and stakeholders, running workshops, improving Agile metrics, removing enterprise blockers, and driving continuous improvement in predictability, quality, and flow. Strong communication, change-management, conflict-resolution, and self-starter skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate at all levels to advance enterprise-wide Agile maturity and business agility.

Requirements

Enterprise/program-level Lean-Agile coach.
