About The Position
TEKsystems is looking for an Agile Business Analyst for a long term contract in DE. This is a hybrid position based out of Wilmington, DE. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical product manager role in a project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable.
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
- Intermediate Word.

Nice To Haves
- working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable

Responsibilities
- Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization and support the team to reach higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
- Writing use stories with clear documentation of success criteria.
- Proficiency with JIRA.
- Proficient on Agile ceremonies.
- Expertise in Managing Daily Stand / Grooming Sessions / Story Pointing Processes / Conduct Retro Sessions.
