About The Position

This role involves working in both office and outdoor environments, including aggregate production sites. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to prepare for future leadership roles within operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of aggregate production, quality control, and safety standards.
• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Support inventory management and coordinate material deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience in leadership and operational decision-making.
