About The Position

The position is responsible for the efficient, safe and profitable operation of all site equipment and work team. Advising as well as making recommendations to the plant Manager/Supervisor concerning the best interests of the operation when the activities of his/ her work team and equipment are involved. This position is located in Coleman, OK.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Basic experience using computers.
Demonstrated good judgment and discretion.
Strong organizational skills with focus on accuracy.
Able to follow established processes and/or document new processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines all the while being detail-oriented.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to function as part of a team.
Works cooperatively with other employees, customers, clients, and the public.
Able to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and must be able to deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and demonstrated problem-solving skills as well as excellent time management and project management skills.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protetion Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employess that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
