Aggregate Production Supervisor
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets. Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards. Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise, coach, and develop team members to build engagement and operational excellence. Provide operational leadership support to the Jefferson Quarry as needed to ensure continuity and performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and a commitment to operational discipline.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and performance metrics.
