Aggregate Division-Superintendent

Applicant shall oversee aggregate mining, production, sales, trucking and reclamation operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, aggregate transfer and or gravel mine operations.
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable driving record.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Must be very reliable, able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Need a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have a strong commitment to safety and the ability to create a strong safety culture throughout the site.
Nice To Haves
- Apex, or other Command Alkon POS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee aggregate mining, production, sales, trucking and reclamation operations.
- Work safely and follow all company policies.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
