Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Interest in AI, customer experience, sales strategy, or enablement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Support Cresta enablement strategy as the tool expands into broader customer experience outcomes
  • Assist in developing documentation, job aids, and enablement materials to support adoption and scale
  • Conduct analysis on usage, trends, and insights to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable outputs
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights for leadership and project stakeholders
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
