About The Position
Build agent capabilities, context, memory, and orchestration for AI-native phone applications. The mission is to develop proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into everyday conversations, coordination, and workflows with minimal prompting. The role focuses on making agent workflows reliable and accurate, integrating tools and applications, and supporting both local and cloud model providers.
Requirements
- Strong backend or AI application engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with LLM APIs and tool calling.
- Experience building AI applications or agent workflows.
- Strong API and distributed systems knowledge.
- Good understanding of state management and asynchronous execution.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with production agent infrastructure.
- Experience with RAG, memory, and context engineering.
- Experience with model routing and inference optimization.
- Experience with mobile or operating-system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Implement agent workflows and orchestration.
