We're looking for Agentic Developer to design, build, and ship AI-powered features and autonomous agents integrated into our product stack. You'll work across the full stack — from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces — with a focus on leveraging large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent, tool-using agents that solve real problems for our users. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who's excited about the intersection of software engineering and AI, and who wants to push the boundaries of what autonomous systems can do in production.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional software development experience
Strong full-stack engineering skills (backend + frontend) in at least one modern stack (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, React)
Hands-on experience building applications that integrate LLM APIs (Claude API, or similar)
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration patterns
Familiarity with the Anthropic SDK and Claude's capabilities (tool use, system prompts, streaming, multi-turn conversations)
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with event-driven or async architectures
Comfort with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modern development practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and responsible deployment practices

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agents that reason, plan, and take actions using LLMs and tool-use patterns
Build and maintain full-stack features (APIs, services, UIs) that integrate agentic capabilities into our products
Work with the Anthropic Claude API and SDK to develop prompt chains, function calling workflows, and multi-step agent orchestration
Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety
Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to translate user needs into agentic solutions
Develop guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop patterns to ensure safe and reliable agent behavior
Contribute to internal tooling and infrastructure that accelerates agentic development across the team
