Agentic AIOps Technical Lead

Booz Allen HamiltonMcLean, VA

About The Position

As an experienced engineer, you know that artificial intelligence—especially agentic systems, Generative AI, and large language models (LLMs)—is reshaping how modern operations are run. We need your technical leadership and problem‑solving expertise to architect next‑generation capabilities in Agentic AIOps, enabling autonomous detection, triage, and operational decision-making across complex enterprise and mission environments. In this role, you will architect and build advanced AI‑driven AIOps capabilities, including autonomous agents, LLM‑powered workflows, observability integrations, and automated operational responses. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, SREs, platform engineers, software developers, security engineers, and product owners to design and deliver world‑class solutions that modernize operational ecosystems. You will set the technical vision, drive architectural standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient design patterns across the Agentic AIOps portfolio. Your ability to bridge advanced technical strategy with hands-on engineering will enable innovations that shape how missions of national importance operate in real time. Join us. The world can’t wait.
