About The Position

As a Software Engineer on our agentic AI platform team, you'll help build and advance a cutting-edge platform designed to power intelligent, autonomous workflows in complex operational environments. You'll integrate diverse data sources and external APIs using MCP tools, and you'll work hand-in-hand with cyber analysts to translate real operational challenges into high-impact technical solutions. From designing stream processing pipelines to crafting agentic primitives like skills, prompts, and subagents, the work you do here will shape how intelligent agents operate, learn, and deliver mission value — every single day.

Requirements

  • Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
  • 3 years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency, or 7 years of experience in lieu of a B.S. in a technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications that serve hundreds to thousands of users.
  • Solid understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
  • Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event-streaming platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, or DeepAgents.
  • Background in cybersecurity or familiarity with security operations workflows.
  • Experience managing deployments in AWS Cloud with Kubernetes.
  • GitLab CI/CD automation.
  • Experience with retrieval systems, including RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets such as network traffic and OS events.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
