Role Summary We are seeking an Agentic AI Delivery Lead to help shape how AI-enabled product and software delivery evolves within the organization. The right candidate will help combine product delivery, mobile engineering collaboration, design-system alignment, structured context engineering, and agentic workflows into a practical, scalable way of moving from business intent to production software. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to help shape the future of product and software delivery in a meaningful and pragmatic way. This is a business-embedded delivery role sitting at the intersection of: Product ownership and agile delivery Mobile product and engineering execution AI-enabled product, design, and engineering workflows Spec-driven development and structured context engineering Agentic workflow design, standardization, and governance The ideal candidate combines strong product delivery instincts with technical fluency and hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to improve how ideas move from business intent to design, engineering execution, release, and measurement. This role will work closely with product, design, mobile engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and platform partners to design, pilot, and operationalize new AI-enabled ways of working. The role is initially focused on mobile delivery, with the expectation that successful patterns can become reusable across broader channel delivery models over time. Why This Role Matters AI-enabled delivery will only create leverage if teams have high-quality context, clear specifications, reusable patterns, governed workflows, and strong human ownership. This role will help create the operating machinery that allows product, design, and engineering teams to move faster while improving quality, traceability, implementation fidelity, and delivery confidence. The person in this role will help turn emerging AI-assisted practices into repeatable delivery capabilities, including structured product handoffs, agentic workflows, reusable templates, context libraries, validation checks, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, computer science, information systems, product management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, product delivery, business analysis, delivery leadership, product operations, technology delivery, or adjacent roles owning outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to lead one or more squads, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize and maintain backlogs, partner across sprint rituals, and align execution to roadmap outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable delivery outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted tools, automations, or structured workflows to improve product delivery, software delivery, business analysis, or engineering handoffs.
  • Strong technical fluency in modern software delivery, including design-to-code workflows, APIs, structured specs, testing, release readiness, and delivery telemetry.
  • Ability to create high-quality structured artifacts, including product briefs, Jira stories, acceptance criteria, agent instructions, context documents, validation rubrics, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Experience defining success measures, interpreting pilot results, and making clear scale, pivot, or retire recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Awareness of ethical, legal, risk, privacy, transparency, accessibility, and compliance considerations related to AI-enabled workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing, configuring, or maintaining AI agents, workflow automations, prompt libraries, context repositories, or AI-assisted delivery systems.
  • Experience with spec-driven development, design-to-code workflows, AI coding assistants, or engineering-ready product specification practices.
  • Experience partnering with mobile engineering teams across iOS and Android.
  • Experience improving governed design, content, knowledge, analytics, or requirements workflows at scale.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence automation, product operations, delivery operations, or enterprise workflow transformation.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop AI governance, agent validation, risk/control checklists, or audit-ready delivery processes.
  • MBA, graduate degree, or relevant certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product delivery execution: Lead one or more squads in agile product delivery, partnering with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align execution to roadmap outcomes. Write and refine clear user stories, acceptance criteria, structured requirements, and release plans that support efficient engineering execution. Maintain delivery discipline across backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, release readiness, and stakeholder validation.
  • Build AI-enabled delivery workflows: Design, pilot, and improve AI-assisted workflows that support story generation, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria creation, design handoff, engineering readiness, and release execution. Create reusable agentic delivery assets, including agent instructions, context libraries, workflow templates, validation checklists, and structured spec standards. Help connect tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, AI coding assistants, and spec-driven development platforms into repeatable delivery workflows.
  • Improve product, design, and engineering handoffs: Strengthen the quality and consistency of handoffs from business intent to design artifacts, Jira stories, engineering specs, and implementation plans. Partner with design system, UX, content, analytics, and mobile engineering teams to improve design-to-code and engineering-ready specification practices. Ensure delivery artifacts are clear, traceable, complete, and usable by engineering teams.
  • Embed governance, quality, and controls: Ensure AI-assisted workflows include appropriate human review, validation, privacy, IP, accessibility, brand, risk, compliance, and transparency considerations. Establish practical checks for AI-generated outputs, including completeness, consistency, design-system alignment, acceptance criteria quality, and release readiness. Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and technology partners when evaluating tools, vendors, or new AI-enabled workflows.
  • Measure, learn, and scale: Define success measures for pilots and delivery improvements, including quality, cycle time, reuse, engineering readiness, and stakeholder adoption. Use release telemetry, delivery insights, and team feedback to recommend whether to scale, pivot, or retire new workflows. Present options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
