About The Position

Seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and implement scalable AI-agent solutions for enterprise use cases. The architect will define AI architecture, agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and enterprise-grade AI platforms while ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI architecture.
• Hands-on Python and API/microservices development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or OpenSearch.
• Strong cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security, and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering AI solutions for large enterprise/networking or technology organizations.
• Knowledge of Cisco technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI observability, model evaluation, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic AI architectures using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and tool/function calling.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge sources.
• Design RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Work with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, APIs, Python, and modern AI/ML platforms.
• Establish security, governance, observability, and responsible-AI standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and Cisco client teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor AI/ML engineering teams.
