About The Position

We are building one of the most forward-thinking AI-powered Salesforce practices in the market. Our focus is simple: move organisations from traditional CRM delivery to AI-first operating models, powered by Agentforce, automation, and intelligent workflows. To support this, we are looking for a highly experienced Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant to work closely with our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and product leaders. This is not a standard consulting role. This is about shaping how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
  • Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end
  • Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect
  • Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as:
  • Sales automation / SDR agents
  • Customer service automation
  • Workflow automation using AI
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • AI-driven workflows and automation
  • Prompt engineering and agent orchestration
  • Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects
  • Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
  • Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including:
  • AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents
  • Customer Service / Support agents
  • Onboarding and operations agents
  • Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
  • Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
  • Review and improve existing implementations and use cases
  • Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
