About The Position

Ensure the development of airplanes, programs, controls and practices regarding safety, health and environmental protection based on the legal requirements, protocols of Autozone and other applicable ones. Maintaining leadership, complying, managing and achieving efficiency in immediate emergency response programs, coordinating with authorities and aid bodies. Coordinate training and detect areas of opportunity to strengthen the security program in the distribution center.

Requirements

• An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.
• Technical Area of Study
• One to two years of experience.
• Mexican NOM compliance

Responsibilities

• Comply with the policies, standards, objectives and goals of Autozone related to health, safety and protection to the environment, compliance review
• Establish and administer inspections, verifications and audits security programs, including inspections of emergency equipment.
• Plan, develop, establish, manage, control, monitor and review contingency plans, emergency plans and safety programs
• P.I.E. training and cutting techniques, safe lifting techniques of loads, mobil equipment
• Develop awareness programs, training and certification in security, especially emergency response for all staff, on a regular and specific training for brigade
• Maintain adequate and sufficient equipment for emergency response, provide personal protective equipment
