Position Summary The In-House Marketing Agent is responsible for contacting arriving guests and owners to schedule resort tours, owner updates, and workshops. This role focuses on outbound calling, guest engagement, and meeting weekly production goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to make 75–100+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and smart devices
  • Ability to work in a team environment in an on-site call room setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
  • Must be goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone marketing to guests and owners arriving at the resort
  • Schedule guests to meet with Member Services for owner updates, workshops, and resort tours
  • Offer qualified guests promotional gifts or incentives for participating in presentations
  • Partner with resort staff to review daily arrival sheets and prioritize guest contact
  • Assist guests with resort information including parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures
  • Meet and exceed weekly production and booking goals
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments
  • Participate in daily sales and marketing meetings
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest service at all times
