Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support).
• A genuine interest in the stock market and personal finance.
• Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, using Slack for internal comms, and utilizing keyboard shortcuts for maximum efficiency.
• Embrace a growth mindset and be comfortable with a rotating shift schedule.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reside in the Toronto/GTA area and have the legal right to work in Canada.
• Ability to commit to 4 full weeks in-office (Mon-Fri) for the nesting phase, plus hybrid attendance thereafter.
• Available for full-time 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays) between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for our clients’ financial interests by explaining investment, trading, and personal finance concepts in a simple, accessible way.
• Take ownership of the client journey, facilitating complex institutional transfers or navigating back-office operations to ensure clients meet their goals.
• Work closely with every department, from Product to Operations, to understand financial tools and improve them through direct client engagement.
• Establish yourself as a fintech expert by mastering multiple applications and platforms simultaneously to provide creative solutions.
