About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. This hybrid role focuses on building intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance user experiences across multiple systems and integrations. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, testing and optimizing deployed agents, and supporting team members through documentation and training.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in low-code/no-code development, workflow automation, conversational AI, or related technical fields.
• Proven expertise with low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble, Webflow, OutSystems, or Mendix, and AI agent/chatbot builders such as Voiceflow, Botpress, or Microsoft Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or n8n, as well as API integrations and webhooks.
• Understanding of natural language processing concepts, conversation design, and user experience principles.
• Demonstrated ability in requirements analysis, documentation, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Agile methodologies, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into automated technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure conversational AI agents and chatbots using low-code/no-code platforms and AI agent builders.
• Design conversation flows, decision trees, logic pathways, and trigger-based automations to respond to business events and reduce manual tasks.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, CRM systems, webhooks, and third-party applications using workflow automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications; conduct requirements analysis and process mapping.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitor performance metrics to optimize functionality and user engagement.
• Implement prompt engineering and LLM integrations; maintain version control and update agents with new features.
• Create user documentation and knowledge base articles, and train team members on deployed agents and automation workflows.
• Apply Agile methodologies, data analysis, and critical thinking to address business automation challenges.
