About The Position

The Baggage Porter's main duties are transporting baggage from the ticket counter to the bag room utilizing a cart when the baggage belt is down or over capacity. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying based on flight schedules and seasonal changes. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor airport settings, with potential exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures.

Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Hours will vary based upon flight schedules. Number of weekly hours may increase or decrease due to seasonal flight changes.
Must have a Valid Driver License.
Must successfully pass a background investigation with a fingerprint-based criminal records check in accordance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1542, and Airport Security, as required by the Transportation Security Administration.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986

Responsibilities

Transport baggage to the bag room/bag belt
