About The Position

The Agency Servicing Analyst is a junior position on Deutsche Bank’s investment banking team in Jacksonville, Florida. The role works closely with the Transaction Coordination Team to review applicable legal documents, amend and build loans in the loans platform system, and support the ongoing lifecycle management of clients and lenders. The analyst develops product knowledge in the credit space within financial services while supporting investment banking activities. The position follows the Bank’s hybrid working model, with the expectation that employees work from the Jacksonville office in accordance with that model.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interpret credit agreements and amendments.
Assist with building new deals, processing amendments, and handling closing fees.
Liaise with borrowers, customers, and lenders.
Interface with traders, relationship managers, and loan operations personnel at institutions including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
Identify and escalate open issues to the Team Manager.
Follow operational controls, including legal and regulatory procedures, to help ensure the safety and security of the Bank’s assets.
Communicate with internal divisions and investment partners regarding existing and future customer needs.
