Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Previous leadership or management experience in an insurance or sales setting.
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Active Michigan Life & Health License (required).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to lead a team while also contributing to overall agency success.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and dedication to ongoing learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to surpass agency goals.
  • Drive new business development through team efforts, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Train and coach team members on sales strategies, compliance, and product knowledge.
  • Work with clients and assist on complex cases to deliver customized insurance solutions.
  • Sell and cross-sell a full range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
  • Track and evaluate sales metrics to implement ongoing improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
