Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying prospects, connecting with leads, and converting them to policyholders
  • Conduct client consultations to determine needs and recommend suitable coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
  • Nurture strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Surpass individual sales goals to accelerate agency growth
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance guidelines
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective lead management and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
