Requirements
- Demonstrated drive for meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and community involvement
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Business)
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets with a performance-focused approach
- Present insurance products confidently to individuals and small business owners
- Provide responsive and thorough follow-up on all leads and appointments
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer communications
- Remain up-to-date on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
