About The Position

Seeking a highly talented, entrepreneurial, and experienced professional to lead the establishment and growth of a new insurance agency. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build and shape an agency from the ground up, leveraging an existing portfolio of 3,000 units and $2.5 million in premium. This role offers significant autonomy, equity opportunities, and the chance to align interests with a highly experienced and successful leadership team.

Requirements

Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of carrier relationships and business operations
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building or growing successful ventures
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and align a team
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the leadership team's vision
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to be based in Birmingham, AL, or open to candidates outside the area who can integrate seamlessly into the team and culture
