About The Position

TikTok's Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. As an Agency Partnership Manager, you'll build strategic agency relationships to drive growth, innovation, and adoption of TikTok's advertising solutions. By combining thought leadership, education, and collaboration, you'll position TikTok as an important strategic partner and ally.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on client-facing strategy or consulting.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Nordic agency landscape and established industry network.
  • Proven strategic ability to lead and develop high-impact partnerships.
  • Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives.
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding commercial and revenue objectives.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • Experience in digital and programmatic sales, with hands-on expertise in campaign management tools
  • Strong understanding of measurement and campaign performance, with the ability to analyse results and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled at collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams, including product, marketing science, and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with C-level and cross-functional agency teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that promote TikTok's advertising solutions and deliver measurable impact.
  • Educate and empower agency teams with product insights, updates, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Represent TikTok externally through thought leadership, industry engagement, and strategic storytelling.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities for agencies and brands to innovate through TikTok.
  • Track and analyze revenue performance across your agency portfolio, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring alignment with TikTok's product and commercial priorities.
  • Partner internally across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to strengthen collaboration and optimize the partner experience.
