About The Position

Fairing helps growth teams understand what actually drives performance. As signal loss, privacy changes, and offline media make traditional attribution less reliable, Fairing provides a rigorous, defensible way for brands and agencies to measure impact and confidently allocate spend. Today, more than 3,000 brands use Fairing to bring clarity to marketing performance across channels like audio, TV, and other difficult-to-attribute media. Fairing works closely with leading agencies and platforms to shape how modern measurement is done, and is building the foundational capabilities needed for the next era of growth. To support this work, Fairing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our agency partnerships as a strategic revenue channel. This role combines commercial ownership of agency relationships with hands-on credibility in marketing measurement, including the ability to engage directly with data, analysis, and attribution questions. You’ll manage a portfolio of agency partners — from a small number of high-value, highly strategic agencies to a broader set of lighter-touch referral partners — in a consultative, non-transactional sales motion where success depends on credibility, trust, and deep understanding of measurement.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in marketing measurement, ad tech, or a quantitatively-driven marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution or measurement
  • Comfortable working directly inside partner-provided data and analysis artifacts (e.g. spreadsheets, models, reports), including asking questions, validating assumptions, and drawing conclusions independently
  • Direct experience working with or within marketing agencies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable owning outcomes in a consultative, relationship-driven commercial role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience owning a full commercial relationship or sales cycle
  • Familiarity with DTC, mobile UA, or performance-oriented marketing teams
  • Experience presenting to senior agency or brand stakeholders
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments

Responsibilities

  • Own Agency Relationships End-to-End
  • Own and lead agency relationships, building trust and maintaining momentum through complex, consultative, and often extended sales cycles
  • Manage a portfolio of agency partners
  • Lead discovery, product demos, and commercial conversations directly with agencies and, when appropriate, their clients
  • Drive new business and expansion through agency relationships, owning outcomes from first conversation through close and beyond
  • Act as a Trusted Measurement Partner
  • Serve as a credible partner to agency strategists, media planners, and leadership on topics related to marketing measurement and attribution
  • Confidently discuss concepts such as attribution models, incrementality, lift, survey-based measurement, and channel-level performance
  • Help agencies understand how Fairing fits into their broader measurement stack and client recommendations
  • Translate Fairing’s product and methodology into clear, agency-friendly value propositions
  • Jump directly into partner-shared analyses or spreadsheets to understand results, pressure-test assumptions, and move conversations forward in real time.
  • Build and Enable the Agency Program
  • Design and run agency onboarding, training, and enablement efforts
  • Develop repeatable processes, materials, and best practices to help agencies successfully work with Fairing
  • Lead ongoing partner engagement, follow-ups, and strategic guidance
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes
  • Collaborate and Represent Fairing
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure agency feedback informs product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
  • Represent Fairing in agency meetings and at industry events, conferences, and trade shows; comfort with monthly travel and proactive event participation is required.
