Fairing works closely with leading agencies and platforms to shape how modern measurement is done, and is building the foundational capabilities needed for the next era of growth. To support this work, Fairing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our agency partnerships as a strategic revenue channel. This role combines commercial ownership of agency relationships with hands-on credibility in marketing measurement, including the ability to engage directly with data, analysis, and attribution questions. You’ll manage a portfolio of agency partners — from a small number of high-value, highly strategic agencies to a broader set of lighter-touch referral partners — in a consultative, non-transactional sales motion where success depends on credibility, trust, and deep understanding of measurement.
