About The Position

You own the agency and reseller channel: holding-co agencies, independents, OOH specialists, printers, fleets, and other resellers. Your job is to turn R-Ads into a default line item on their plans. You’ve historically hit 100–120%+ of quota by building deep, repeatable relationships. As a Head of Agency Partnerships a typical day might include the following:

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in OOH/DOOH or media sales, agency-facing.
  • Track record of hitting or beating annual targets via agencies/resellers.
  • Strong roster of agency contacts you can credibly bring into the conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Own a multi-million dollar annual quota tied to agency and reseller spend.
  • Build and manage relationships with key contacts at holding-co and indie shops.
  • Structure rev-share and wholesale deals with resellers (events, fleets, printers).
  • Package R-Ads inventory into standard, easy-to-buy programs for agencies.
  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with high-value partners.
  • Feed structured feedback back to product and ops.
