Requirements
- Demonstrated success in insurance sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior leadership or management experience in insurance or sales.
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
- Active Michigan Life & Health License (required).
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team while contributing to agency performance.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve agency goals.
- Grow and sustain business through strategic initiatives, referrals, and ongoing client relationships.
- Coach and train team members on sales strategies, compliance, and product knowledge for long-term success.
- Support clients with complex cases, ensuring tailored insurance solutions.
- Drive sales and cross-selling of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full regulatory and agency compliance.
- Remain current on product updates, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines.
