Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in insurance sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior leadership or management experience in insurance or sales.
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Active Michigan Life & Health License (required).
  • Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team while contributing to agency performance.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve agency goals.
  • Grow and sustain business through strategic initiatives, referrals, and ongoing client relationships.
  • Coach and train team members on sales strategies, compliance, and product knowledge for long-term success.
  • Support clients with complex cases, ensuring tailored insurance solutions.
  • Drive sales and cross-selling of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full regulatory and agency compliance.
  • Remain current on product updates, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines.
