The Agency Development Partnership Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement plans with the agency holding companies and their operating agencies. This role will leverage senior relationships across holding companies to establish Digital Turbine as a preferred partner and unlock incremental advertiser demand for sales teams. You’ll act as the bridge between Digital Turbine’s sales team and Agency Hold/Op Co (Programmatic, Media, Investment, Product) portfolio and executive leads enabling DT’s sellers to identify, pursue and win advertiser campaigns that align with our unique mobile solutions. Through strategic alignment, education, potential joint solutions (e.g., data, measurement, creative), and partnership activation, you’ll help position Digital Turbine as a preferred mobile solution. About the Agency Development Partnership Lead role: Partnership Strategy, DTX Verification & Growth Develop and lead Digital Turbine’s agency partnership strategy across selected/prioritized major holding company(s) - WPP, Omnicom / IPG, Publicis, Dentsu. Negotiate and activate preferred global partnership agreements with a priority focus in the US Market (and support local teams with local agreements), trading deals and business impacting certification programs with holding company networks / agencies. Build and manage a structured engagement model to deepen relationships. Identify and progress joint resolution opportunities - eg. Agency partners, DT or combination of both. Revenue Enablement Collaborate with DT’s regional and vertical ad sales teams to facilitate account level advertiser spend. Support agency-led/assisted opportunities. Partner with Sales Leads to open doors and position Digital Turbine as a strategic mobile (media) investment partner. Act as a trusted advisor to agency investment and strategy leaders - providing insights, data and best practices to guide mobile strategy and cross-platform planning. Internal Collaboration Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, product and marketing to ensure agency related needs are met and partnerships deliver measurable business impact to DT. Establish reporting and tracking mechanisms to monitor pipeline growth, spend attribution, and partnership health. About YOU as the Agency Development Partnership Lead: 10+ years experience in digital advertising, preferably in agency development, sales, or business development roles at an ad / marketing tech, mobile, or media company. Deep understanding of agency holding / operating company structures, buying processes, and decision hierarchies. Proven track record in building strategic partnerships that drive scalable revenue outcomes. Deeply networked across the Agency Holding / Operating Company landscape Strong relationships or existing networks within major agencies. Expertise in mobile media, programmatic and/or app ecosystem strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to operate cross-functionally, balancing strategic thinking with executional rigor Experience in data resolution and integrations - Ideally have partnered with agency holding / operating companies and their product/tech organizations to build joint solutions. What Success Looks Like Signed/expanded, formalized preferred partnerships with agency holding companies. Increased advertiser spend flowing through agency relationships. Measurable uplift in Digital Turbine’s share of mobile budgets from key agencies. Enhanced visibility / credibility of Digital Turbine’s brand across agency networks.
