Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and lead with confidence
- Experience providing care for seniors or working in home care services
- Experience managing caregivers or healthcare teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel to client homes and community meetings
- Availability for on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings or weekends

- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)

- Leading Operations & Team Performance
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home care agency
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting office staff and caregivers

- Growing the Agency
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve efficiency
- Building systems, processes, and workflows for long-term success
- Representing the agency in the community and developing referral partnerships
- Supporting Clients & Caregivers
- Conducting in-home client consultations and safety assessments
- Ensuring caregivers are trained, supported, and delivering high-quality care
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and families
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
- Maintaining licensing, documentation, and agency records
- Managing scheduling, billing, payroll, and collections
- Financial Oversight
- Monitoring budgets and operational performance
- Driving sustainable growth and profitability
