Caring Senior Service of Louisville is looking for an Agency Director to lead our local team. As the Agency Director , you’ll oversee the daily operations and growth of the Louisville office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Healthcare, senior care, or service operations experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Responsibilities

• Lead office staff and caregivers
• Oversee scheduling, care coordination, and service quality
• Build a strong team culture
• Conduct in-home consultations and safety assessments
• Ensure clients receive exceptional care
• Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
• Support marketing and local outreach efforts
• Manage payroll, billing, and collections
• Monitor budgets and operational performance
• Ensure the agency meets all state and regulatory requirements
