About The Position

Caring Senior Service of El Paso is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Agency Director to lead our local office and help grow a compassionate team dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, healthy, and independent at home. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment and wants to make a meaningful difference in their community. As Agency Director , you will oversee daily operations, support caregivers, build referral relationships, and ensure our clients receive the highest quality care.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and lead with confidence
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to drive to client homes and community meetings
  • Some on-call availability , including occasional evenings or weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience providing care for seniors or in-home care services
  • Experience managing caregivers or healthcare teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations & Team Performance
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care agency
  • Lead, mentor, and support office staff and caregivers
  • Create a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture
  • Grow the Agency
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase efficiency
  • Build systems, processes, and workflows that support long-term success
  • Represent the agency in the community and build referral partnerships
  • Support Clients & Caregivers
  • Conduct in-home client consultations and safety assessments
  • Ensure caregivers are trained, supported, and delivering excellent care
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and families
  • Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
  • Maintain licensing, documentation, and agency records
  • Manage scheduling, billing, payroll, and collections
  • Financial Oversight
  • Monitor budgets and operational performance
  • Help drive sustainable growth and profitability
