About The Position

Join Our Sales & Marketing Team as an Agency Compliance & Operations Specialist Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Agency Compliance & Operations Specialist to balance compliance, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support agent licensing, compliance, and records management, work with key systems, and partner with teams across the company to make a real impact. As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will also work closely with agents and provide support for operational changes in their businesses. Requirements

  • Six years of insurance industry experience, college degree, or a combination of both.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Guidewire, and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations for agent licensing and appointments.
  • Supporting the onboarding, maintenance, and termination of agents and agencies.
  • Enhancing processes and systems such as Salesforce, Guidewire, and AgentSync for greater efficiency.
  • Validating data accuracy, managing reporting through Tableau and Cognos, and supporting automation initiatives.
  • Building positive relationships with agents, peers, and vendors to strengthen operational partnerships.
